Parsi joins a panel featuring representatives from Hines, Partners, EnvelopIQ, and Mark Hart Architecture to discuss the pivot toward community-focused developments. The conference, held at 823 Congress, begins with a keynote from Mayor Kirk Watson, followed by analysis of the office pipeline and the impact of AI on tenant demand.
Shravan Parsi to Headline Austin Mixed-Use Development Panel
As remote work reshapes commercial real estate, American Ventures CEO Shravan Parsi will join industry leaders at Bisnow’s Future of Austin Office & Mixed Use conference on August 26. The session explores the transition from traditional office corridors to integrated live-work-play environments in the Austin-San Antonio corridor.

American Ventures currently manages a $600 million development pipeline across the Texas megaregion. Parsi maintains that the region’s economic trajectory mirrors the growth of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, arguing that current rental data reflects a successful absorption of new inventory rather than a failure of demand. His firm’s active projects include a Marriott Tribute hotel in the SoCo-St. Elmo district and mixed-use hubs in San Marcos and Bastrop County.
