Data shows that 87% of those respondents identified the organization as a great place to work, citing a fair and inclusive environment.

For the third time since 2023, the Inland Empire Health Plan has been recognized on PEOPLE magazine’s annual Companies That Care list. The Rancho Cucamonga-based organization secured the No. 100 spot, joining national entities like Delta Airlines and Adobe in a ranking that highlights workplace culture and employee-focused missions.
CEO Jarrod McNaughton attributed the repeat honor to the consistent dedication of the staff, noting that the team views their service to the community as a calling rather than a standard job. Chief People Officer Supriya Sood echoed this sentiment, emphasizing that the organization’s people-first approach remains central to its operations. The selection process for the list involved analyzing over 1.3 million survey responses from across the United States, focusing on how companies support their employees and the communities they serve.
