Seven months after a devastating roof collapse halted operations, Windows USA has officially unveiled its new manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters at 400 Aviation Plaza. The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked a swift recovery for the firm, which has consolidated its previously fragmented offices into a single, modernized site in Hot Springs.
Arkansas Lieutenant Governor Leslie Rutledge and Hot Springs Mayor Pat McCabe joined roughly 300 attendees to tour the production floor. Rutledge praised the company for choosing to maintain its manufacturing base in the state, highlighting its vertically integrated model that handles everything from initial design to final installation. By bringing employees from multiple satellite offices under one roof, the company aims to streamline production for its custom vinyl windows and doors, which currently serve homeowners across more than 15 states.
