Ranked at number 4,430, the home care franchise has scaled its footprint to 295 locations across the United States and Canada during a period of rising demand.
The company’s return to the ranking, which measures percentage revenue growth over a three-year window, highlights a period of significant network expansion. Always Best Care now operates through a network of 115 franchisees, providing a mix of non-medical in-home care, assisted living referrals, and skilled health services.
Jake Brown, President and CEO, attributed the company’s sustained performance to the commitment of local franchise owners and their caregivers. Brown noted that the recognition serves as a marker of the brand's current trajectory rather than a final achievement. To maintain this momentum, the organization is directing further capital toward marketing, internal infrastructure, and digital tools intended to streamline operations for its local offices.
Market demand for senior care continues to climb as more families seek alternatives to institutional facilities, prioritizing aging in place. Always Best Care, founded in 1996, relies on a strategy of combining localized, personal support with the resources of a national system. By meeting the stringent revenue growth requirements for the 2026 list—which analyzed performance data from 2022 through 2025—the company has solidified its position within the competitive home health sector.
