The Maine-based seafood franchise is expanding its fleet into Central Iowa, with a new food truck set to debut in Altoona on August 22. The launch marks the brand's first foray into the Des Moines market, aiming to bring coastal-style lobster rolls to local neighborhoods and business events.
Attendees can expect a menu centered on authentic Maine-sourced lobster, including the chilled Maine Roll with mayonnaise, the butter-warmed Connecticut Roll, and a variety of sides such as clam chowder and lobster grilled cheese.
