The investment arrives as value-based care gains significant federal momentum, with more than 14 million Medicare beneficiaries now receiving coordinated care through ACOs. Medicare Platform Secures $50 Million to Scale AI-Driven Senior Care
Irvine-based Medicare Platform has secured a $50 million revolving credit facility, arranged by Dallas firm Nestpoint Group, to accelerate the national expansion of its AI-powered care management tools. The capital infusion targets the growing sector of Accountable Care Organizations, aiming to boost prevention-focused health outcomes for millions of Medicare beneficiaries.

Medicare Platform intends to deploy the new funds to enhance its proprietary AI infrastructure and increase capital support for physician groups. By identifying high-risk patients earlier, the company provides clinicians with the data necessary to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations while maintaining independent clinical judgment. According to Dr. Brian James, COO of Medicare Platform, the technology serves as a fulcrum for doctors to balance fiscal responsibility with improved patient longevity. Henry Huang, Managing Director at Nestpoint Group, noted that the facility provides the necessary infrastructure to scale population health management, ensuring that private capital directly supports the stability of the Medicare Trust Fund.
