Codoxo Climbs Inc. 5000 Rankings Amid AI Healthcare Expansion
For the fourth year running, Duluth-based Codoxo has secured a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. The firm, which specializes in AI-driven healthcare payment integrity, climbed the rankings by focusing on proactive fraud prevention rather than traditional reactive detection methods.

Beyond financial metrics, the firm has aggressively integrated generative AI into its service suite. Recent additions include a deepfake detection tool designed to identify manipulated medical documentation and diagnostic imagery before claims are processed. These efforts earned the company finalist status in the 2026 Fierce AI Innovation Awards. According to CEO Dr. Musheer Ahmed, the company’s trajectory is driven by the industry’s urgent need to reduce waste and navigate increasingly complex payment landscapes. Codoxo maintains a 100% customer retention rate as it prepares for its annual AI Summit in Atlanta this October.
