The expansion introduces several first-to-market concepts to Idaho, including the upscale gastropub Culinary Dropout, which will occupy a 7,000-square-foot space featuring two expansive covered patios. Joining the lineup is The Capital Grille, bringing its signature dry-aged steaks and fine-dining service to the Treasure Valley for the first time. The site will also host 7th Avenue, a high-end furniture retailer known for modular, stain-resistant designs, marking its debut in the state.
CenterCal Secures Five National Brands for The Village at Meridian Expansion
The Village at Meridian has officially reached full capacity for its second phase, signing five major national retailers and restaurants to the 80,000-square-foot expansion. The move strengthens the Boise-area destination’s position as a regional hub, with the new locations set to begin rolling out this October.

Home goods giants Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn round out the new additions. Williams Sonoma is slated to open a 5,550-square-foot showroom, while Pottery Barn is scheduled to debut in 2027. According to Hugh Crawford, vice president of property management at CenterCal, the project’s success is a direct result of strong regional growth and high demand from national brands. The development team plans a soft opening for the expansion from October 9–11, with full project completion expected by February 2027.
