Beneath the refined exterior, the series retains the high-BTU Italian burners and digital convection technology found in the brand's established Classic and Paramount lines. The induction models introduce a nanotechnology-reinforced surface designed to resist fingerprints and oil buildup, maintaining a polished appearance under heavy use. Customers can further personalize their units through the Autograph Edition, which offers accent finishes in Polished Gold, Champagne Bronze, and Matte Black.
