The cybersecurity incident, which occurred around September 5, 2025, compromised a wide range of sensitive data, including government-issued identification, passwords, and health insurance information. Edelson Lechtzin Investigates USA DeBusk Data Breach
A massive data breach at industrial services firm USA DeBusk LLC has exposed the Social Security numbers, medical records, and financial details of numerous individuals. While the company discovered the unauthorized system access in July 2026—ten months after the initial intrusion—legal experts are now weighing potential class action claims.

Edelson Lechtzin LLP, a national class action firm, has launched an investigation into the breach to determine if affected individuals are entitled to compensation. Attorneys note that enrolling in the company’s provided monitoring service does not waive an individual's right to pursue separate legal action. Those impacted are encouraged to preserve all breach notifications received from the company, monitor their credit reports for suspicious activity, and consider placing a security freeze on their accounts with major credit bureaus.
