The cybersecurity incident, which occurred around September 5, 2025, compromised a wide range of sensitive data, including government-issued identification, passwords, and health insurance information. USA DeBusk has since engaged cybersecurity experts to secure its systems and reported the event to law enforcement. To mitigate immediate risks, the company is providing two years of complimentary identity monitoring services through Kroll.

Edelson Lechtzin LLP, a national class action firm, has launched an investigation into the breach to determine if affected individuals are entitled to compensation. Attorneys note that enrolling in the company’s provided monitoring service does not waive an individual's right to pursue separate legal action. Those impacted are encouraged to preserve all breach notifications received from the company, monitor their credit reports for suspicious activity, and consider placing a security freeze on their accounts with major credit bureaus.
