First Legal Acquires Bee Reporting to Expand New York Presence
First Legal has acquired Bee Reporting Agency, a fixture in the New York Tri-State legal market for over 35 years. This integration links the national litigation support firm with a specialized regional provider, aiming to broaden service reach while retaining existing staff and leadership within the newly expanded operations.
Bee Reporting co-founders Judy Rossi and Liz Laike will maintain their involvement, ensuring continuity for their existing client base. This move follows a period of aggressive expansion for First Legal, which acquired eFileMadeEasy in April 2026 and Inter County Judicial Services in 2025. By folding these specialized regional players into their File Thru Trial™ platform, the company continues to consolidate its position as a comprehensive national provider for law firms and corporate legal departments.
