Lalit Mahapatra has joined Palo Alto-based Prezent Vivo as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 25 years of experience in global finance and mergers and acquisitions to the AI-powered communication platform. His appointment follows the company’s recent launch of Vivo 1.0, a suite designed to streamline scientific communication for biopharma.
Prezent Vivo currently provides communication tools to over 150 companies, including 45 of the top 50 global biopharma organizations. By integrating Mahapatra’s background in capital allocation and governance, the leadership team aims to solidify the platform's position as a category leader in scientific communication.
