Jeremy Crow Named 2026 APTA New York Physical Therapist of the Year
The American Physical Therapy Association’s New York chapter has selected Jeremy Crow, director of residency and fellowship programs at Spear Physical & Occupational Therapy, as its 2026 Physical Therapist of the Year. The honor highlights a decade of work focused on clinical mentorship and advancing rehabilitation standards across the tri-state area.

Crow’s background bridges elite sports medicine and academic rigor. A board-certified sports clinical specialist, he has provided field-of-play medical support at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games and completed an NFL internship. Currently serving as an associate professor at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, he continues to shape accreditation standards for physical therapy residencies nationwide. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.
