As national power demand surges and interconnection queues swell, Dallas-based E Source has acquired Aneden Consulting to bolster its technical footprint. The move integrates the boutique firm’s specialized compliance and engineering expertise into E Source’s broader grid solutions, aiming to streamline the navigation of complex energy infrastructure projects for utility clients.
E Source CEO Joe Eazor noted that the acquisition addresses the growing complexity of grid integration, providing developers and utilities with greater depth to manage regulatory and compliance hurdles. Olu Fagbemiro, founder of Aneden, will continue to emphasize the customized engineering approach that defined his firm’s reputation. The deal was supported by legal and financial counsel from McGuireWoods LLP, Westbury Group, and Taft Law, marking another step in E Source’s push to modernize utility infrastructure across North America.
