Revance Taps Industry Veteran Melissa O'Connor for Regulatory Lead
Nashville-based aesthetics leader Revance has appointed Melissa O'Connor as Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory affairs. Tasked with steering the company’s international strategy, O'Connor will oversee agency interactions and product submissions as the firm scales its footprint across 60 countries and navigates increasingly complex global compliance landscapes.

O’Connor arrives with over 25 years of experience, most recently serving as a founding member and Chief Quality and Regulatory Officer at StimLabs, LLC. Her background spans the development and commercialization of human tissue-based products and medical devices. Nadeem Moiz noted that her expertise in navigating both U.S. and European Union premarket requirements provides the tactical leadership necessary for Revance’s next phase of global growth. A RAPS Fellow with a master’s degree in Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs, she previously held quality and leadership roles at QSpex Technologies and Chemence Medical Products.
