Biogen has committed to a global rollout of Veeva Vault CRM, shifting its commercial infrastructure to the cloud-based platform. Veeva president and CCO Tom Schwenger emphasized that the platform is engineered to support adaptive commercial strategies, which are increasingly necessary for bringing specialized treatments to market. By deploying Vault CRM, Biogen joins a network of over 1,500 life sciences organizations currently utilizing Veeva’s suite of applications and data services.
