The combined entity, operating under the Heron Intelligence brand, integrates Heron’s archive of 80,000 proprietary interviews with Paragon’s ManagementTrack platform. This integration allows asset managers and hedge funds to utilize 16 distinct data sets—including proprietary earnings call analysis—to assess whether leadership teams are equipped to handle specific corporate strategic priorities. By merging investigative journalism techniques with structured data engines, the firm aims to identify management signals before they manifest in financial reports.
Heron Intelligence and Paragon Intel Merge to Form Leadership Data Giant
Institutional investors now have a consolidated destination for evaluating executive performance as Heron Intelligence completes its merger with Paragon Intel. The union creates the world's largest management insights provider, combining two decades of investigative research with specialized algorithmic tools to turn leadership behavior into a measurable investment asset.

Nate Singer, serving as CEO and chairman, stated that the move redefines management as a fundamental, actionable category of investment research. The leadership team now includes Paragon co-founders Ty Popplewell and Colby Howard, alongside Blue Heron Research founder David Rynecki and CFO Anuj Jaithliya. While the financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed, the firm confirms that existing client services will continue without interruption as they unify their research capabilities across the Heron Analytics Platform and ManagementTrack.
