Home Helpers Home Care Adds 18 Franchises Amid National Expansion

Eighteen new franchise agreements signed in the first half of 2026 signal sustained momentum for the Cincinnati-based home care provider. As demand for domestic support services climbs, the brand has opened 13 new locations and completed two expansions, underscoring a strategic push into high-growth U.S. metropolitan markets.

The company’s growth trajectory accelerated between the first and second quarters of 2026. After initiating seven agreements and nine openings early in the year, the brand followed with 11 new agreements and four additional site launches by the end of June. CEO and President Emma Dickison attributes this expansion to the company's focus on providing franchisees with specialized care technology, marketing resources, and operational training.

Leadership changes and industry recognition marked the second quarter, headlined by the appointment of Nick Evans as Chief Financial Officer. Evans succeeds Bill Burlingham, who concluded an 11-year tenure with the organization. Meanwhile, franchisee Rick Cseak, a third-generation military veteran, earned the 2026 Most Valuable Performer Veteran Entrepreneurship Award from Multi-Unit Franchisee Magazine for his 18-year career with the brand.

Recruitment efforts are now intensifying in key regions, including Minneapolis-St. Paul, Phoenix, Tucson, Houston, Austin, Atlanta, and several major hubs across Florida and California. This expansion follows a national conference in Charlotte, North Carolina, where leadership and franchisees gathered to refine strategies for long-term service delivery. The company remains recognized across multiple industry rankings, including Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 and the Best of Home Care Endorsed National Provider designation, as it continues to scale its model for independent living support.
