Egg Tuck Expands Breakfast Concept to San Diego’s Little Italy

The new Little Italy location represents the 17th expansion for the concept, which has already established a presence across Southern California, Illinois, and Texas. Franchisee Ryan Son, who oversees operations from Koreatown to Chicago, selected the neighborhood for its high-energy food culture and density of residents. Woojung Noh will serve as the on-site operator, ensuring the brand’s focus on brioche-based sandwiches and breakfast burritos remains consistent with its existing portfolio.

Egg Tuck differentiates its menu by prioritizing a singular, refined cooking technique to produce silky, soft-scrambled eggs rather than offering a traditional, expansive breakfast spread. The menu features staples like the Classic Egg sandwich alongside the "Royal" lineup, which incorporates Korean beef patties and grilled onions. To celebrate the grand opening, the restaurant plans a four-hour promotion offering select sandwiches and burritos for $4 each, with specific timing to be announced via the company's social media channels.
