The Dallas facility now features a sortation system capable of processing 45,000 parcels per hour. By integrating six-sided barcode scanning with dynamic weighing and dimensioning, the hub achieves a 99.99% accuracy rating while handling diverse e-commerce goods, from poly bags to heavy cartons. This upgrade serves as a strategic anchor, bridging the company’s East and West Coast operations and enabling more efficient transit times across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

Beyond physical infrastructure, the Dallas hub utilizes the ATLAS intelligent operations platform to maintain network visibility. By applying predictive analytics to live scan data, the system allows operations teams to identify potential bottlenecks before they manifest. This combination of automated throughput and digital decision-making is central to GOFO’s 2026 expansion strategy, which includes upgrades across 13 regional hubs.

As the company prepares for the year-end surge, this expansion arrives ahead of the traditional peak season. By consolidating volume through high-capacity hubs rather than relying on decentralized processing, GOFO aims to maintain consistent service levels without implementing peak-season surcharges. With the Dallas project complete, the carrier is now finalizing similar automation rollouts at its Houston site, further cementing its capacity to handle a projected doubling of its 2025 single-day peak of 3 million parcels.
