Philip Hampden-Smith to lead operations at Karo Healthcare
Stockholm-based Karo Healthcare has recruited Philip Hampden-Smith as its new Chief Operations Officer, tasking the industry veteran with refining the company’s supply chain and scaling its European consumer health platform. He joins the firm’s corporate management team this fourth quarter, succeeding long-time executive Jonathan Kimber.

The transition marks the end of a decade-long tenure for outgoing COO Jonathan Kimber, who played a central role in Karo’s M&A strategy and the integration of new brands through technology transfers. As the company looks to expand its presence across more than 90 countries with brands like E45 and Lamisil, Hampden-Smith plans to focus on simplifying workflows and enhancing service reliability to support the company’s growth trajectory.
