Established in 2001, the agency has navigated the industry's transition from static desktop layouts to mobile-first environments. The latest platform architecture embeds automated Schema.org layers directly into the site core, allowing generative search platforms like ChatGPT and Google Gemini to crawl property data more effectively. Resite Marks 25 Years with AI-Driven CMS for Property Managers
After two and a half decades in the multifamily digital space, Virginia Beach-based agency Resite is overhauling its proprietary content management system. The update shifts focus toward Generative Engine Optimization, aiming to help mid-market property operators maintain digital visibility amidst the rise of conversational AI search tools.

Beyond technical infrastructure, the firm is positioning its boutique model as an alternative to automated, ticket-based support systems. The expanded ecosystem now includes native integrations with tools like BetterBot for conversational AI and Engrain for interactive property maps. Co-Owner Jaime Lyle emphasized that while the agency has evolved through various tech cycles, the primary objective remains simplifying workflows for operators who find current AI advancements daunting. The platform also incorporates a full-service creative studio to handle branding, floor plan renderings, and site plans, effectively unifying disparate marketing tasks into a single managed environment.
