MINISO Revenue Climbs 22% as Global Store Count Hits 8,674
MINISO Group reported a 22.4% year-over-year revenue increase for the first half of 2026, reaching RMB11.5 billion. Despite a volatile consumer environment, the retailer expanded its footprint to 8,674 locations and returned over RMB1.3 billion to shareholders, signaling resilience across its Chinese and international operations.

Financial results for the period were impacted by significant non-cash items, including mark-to-market losses on pre-IPO investments in the AI sector and foreign exchange fluctuations. While operating profit reached RMB1.64 billion, adjusted figures highlighted operational stability. MINISO’s leadership remains focused on long-term expansion, emphasizing proprietary IP development and the rollout of large-format stores to deepen brand equity in both established and emerging markets.
