The company, which anchors its business on the Club Med brand, reported strong financial growth heading into the filing. Revenue climbed to EUR 1.95 billion in 2025, up from EUR 1.86 billion in 2023, while adjusted EBITDA hit EUR 390 million with a margin of 20.2%. Having completed the premiumization of its entire portfolio in 2024, the group currently operates 69 resorts across six continents and holds the top position globally for both all-inclusive revenue and mountain and ski resort capacity.

Expansion remains the primary objective for the post-listing capital. The group intends to target key tourism regions including the Alps, the Mediterranean, and Northeast Asia to hit a target of approximately 85 operational resorts by 2030. According to Chairman Xu Xiaoliang, the listing marks a milestone for Fosun’s tourism strategy, focusing on integrating AI capabilities and upgrading vacation offerings to meet the rising demand for experiential travel. The global vacation lifestyle market is projected to reach USD 3.5 trillion by 2030, a shift the company aims to capture by leaning into its asset-light model and 76-year heritage.
