Investors Face October Deadline in Aevex Securities Class Action

Investors who purchased AEVEX Corp. common stock between April 17 and June 4, 2026, have until October 20 to petition the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California for lead plaintiff status in a pending securities fraud lawsuit filed by Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC.

The litigation, Rosenberg v. Aevex Corp. (No. 26-cv-04779), centers on allegations that the company misled shareholders regarding a 180-day lock-up period following its initial public offering. While Aevex stated that Madison, its primary shareholder, was barred from selling or converting shares until October 13, 2026, the complaint claims management secretly arranged for an early waiver.

This maneuver allegedly allowed Madison to exit its position shortly after the IPO, netting over $200 million, while underwriting firms collected more than $8 million in associated fees. Investors seeking to participate in potential recoveries can contact managing partner Lewis Kahn at 1-833-538-3666. Serving as a lead plaintiff is not a prerequisite for sharing in any eventual settlement funds.
