Following a successful 2025 debut that generated over $140,000 for pediatric care, Allen is reprising his role as the brand's first Director of Billustration. The initiative features designs from Jack, Mason, Charlotte, Isaac, Avery, Amar'e, Killian, Caleb, and Grace. Allen plans to debut each cap during his pre-game tunnel walks at Highmark Stadium throughout the 2026 season.

Eight young patients from the Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo have turned their personal artwork into a series of limited-edition caps. Released in partnership with Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, the 2026 Billustration Collection raises funds for the Patricia Allen Fund through every unit sold at retail.
New Era has expanded the collection’s reach by offering the designs in three distinct silhouettes: the 9SEVENTY, the 59FIFTY, and a youth-focused 9FORTY. According to Dr. Stephen Turkovich, president of Golisano Children’s Hospital, these contributions directly support medical equipment and essential hospital programming. The caps are available starting today via New Era’s website and select retail locations, including the brand's Buffalo and SoHo flagship stores.
