The new plant features six fully automated production lines that handle every stage from initial tube winding to final assembly. By achieving over 80% automation, the company now produces between 200,000 and 300,000 units daily, catering primarily to the food, cosmetics, and health sectors. This infrastructure investment includes high-speed assembly systems and rotary curling units designed to maintain structural integrity for clients across Europe and the Middle East.
Founder and General Manager Jack Wu attributes the company's growth to a strategy of mid-to-high-end quality at competitive price points. Since its inception in 2014, Sprintpackage has built a network of over 10,000 global partners. The facility has recently focused on specialized market segments, notably developing proprietary molds for sushi packaging. The company now supplies these custom tubes to more than 500 international chains, with annual projections for this category reaching 15 million units.
