The two products address the industry-wide challenge of trapped data, where decades of sensory results, formulation history, and regulatory findings remain locked in spreadsheets or email threads. AKA Studio Alchemy manages the end-to-end development loop, allowing food technologists to ideate, formulate, and conduct audits while maintaining human oversight. The platform features 63 updates, including automated compliance tracking and constraint-based recipe generation.

AKA Atlas serves as the backend intelligence, acting as a private knowledge graph that connects internal science with external patents and regulations. Unlike general-purpose chatbots, the system provides cited sources and confidence scores for every computed answer. CEO David Sack emphasized that the tool is built for security, supporting on-premise and air-gapped deployments to ensure proprietary data never leaves a company's control. The system is now available for demonstration, with beta applications for Atlas currently open to the industry.
