The massive operation relies on a full stack of automation, featuring 32 ENGEL injection-molding systems paired with FANUC collaborative robots and autonomous material handling vehicles. Central to the plant's efficiency is Krevera’s read-write computer-vision AI, which monitors production in real time. This system identifies process deviations and triggers autonomous corrections, minimizing material waste while accelerating output speed.
Nickolas Reinhart, founder of Kreate, views the integration of skilled labor and high-end technology as the cornerstone of American manufacturing. The choice of Tiffin for this investment was driven by the site's existing infrastructure, including substantial electrical capacity and a rail spur capable of holding 25 railcars. This logistics advantage, combined with on-site tool-and-die maintenance, allows the company to bypass the delays of ground-up construction.
