Dubai-based Robo.ai Posts $180 Million in Revenue Following Acquisition
Dubai-headquartered Robo.ai generated over US$180 million in revenue during the three-month period ending in August 2026. This financial milestone follows the company’s June 15 acquisition of Quantum Core Capital, a move the firm says has provided a critical boost to its broader artificial intelligence and robotics operations.

These figures remain preliminary and unaudited, with the company noting that final results may be subject to adjustment during the formal financial closing process. Consideration shares for the Quantum Core Capital deal remain tied to a revenue-linked release mechanism, ensuring that payouts align with the subsidiary's ongoing performance. Robo.ai continues to expand its reach through subsidiaries like Neurovia AI and its industrial arm, Alif Holding, which serve government and mission-critical sectors.
