Enstructure Finalizes Acquisition of LOGISTEC Marine Division
With the integration of 106 marine terminals across 30 states and provinces, Enstructure has finalized its acquisition of LOGISTEC’s marine services division. The merger creates one of North America’s largest logistics networks, now supported by a workforce of 6,000 and a footprint stretching from the U.S. Gulf Coast to the Canadian Arctic.

Enstructure will maintain LOGISTEC’s established headquarters in Montréal, signaling an intent to preserve existing partnerships with local communities, port authorities, and Indigenous groups. Blackstone Credit & Insurance, which has provided roughly $2 billion in capital to the firm since 2022, remains a key financial backer. While the specific financial terms of the acquisition remain undisclosed, the transaction underscores a broader industry push to fortify North American trade corridors and improve supply chain resiliency amid shifting global demands.
