Jetley will officially assume the CEO role on October 28, 2026, inheriting a mandate to scale the firm’s AI-led service model and accelerate worldwide growth.
Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan, known as Keech, will conclude his 12-year tenure as CEO and depart the Board of Directors upon the transition. He is slated to remain with the company in the capacity of Senior Advisor to ensure continuity for clients and staff.
