Globant Launches MuleSoft AI Pod to Accelerate Enterprise Integration

Migration timelines that once dragged on for months are now shrinking to weeks. Globant has introduced its MuleSoft AI Pod, a delivery model that pairs specialized AI agents with human experts to automate API-led connectivity, aiming to help enterprises bridge the gap between experimental AI and full-scale production.

The new offering, accessible via the company's Glob.AI platform, addresses the persistent bottleneck of fragmented data and disconnected systems. By blending automated agents with senior engineers who oversee architecture and validation, Globant claims the model can achieve up to 80% automation in manual integration tasks. Internal benchmarks suggest this approach yields a 15–25% faster time-to-value and a 35% increase in efficiency during solution design.

Roland Berthelot, Global Head of Salesforce Studio at Globant, noted that integration and data readiness are the primary hurdles for organizations looking to scale Agentforce and other AI initiatives. The AI Pods are configurable based on specific technical environments, with tiered setups—Lean, Scaled, and Advanced—designed to handle between six and 24 integration flows per month.

This launch strengthens Globant's position as a long-term Salesforce partner, leveraging a workforce of over 500 Agentforce Certified Experts. Unlike traditional service models, Glob.AI utilizes output-based pricing rather than seat- or hour-based billing, marking a shift toward metrics-driven enterprise technology services.
