Resonant Clinical Solutions has acquired France-based Creapharm Bioservices from Myonex, marking a strategic expansion of its European biorepository and cryogenic storage network. The move aims to bolster the company's ability to handle complex clinical programs, specifically those involving sensitive cell and gene therapy trials requiring specialized temperature-controlled environments.
Resonant CEO Christophe Berthoux noted that the acquisition aligns with a broader strategy to manage more of the clinical trial lifecycle under one global umbrella. While Myonex offloads the business to focus on its own core operations, Resonant adds the French team’s specialized capabilities to its existing portfolio, which already manages over 100 million research assets.
