The new model centers on TruEdge 2.0 technology, which utilizes four-corner scrubbers and high-density bristles to address dirt accumulation along frames. ECOVACS claims this system improves cleaning efficiency by 46% compared to previous iterations, allowing the robot to cover one square meter in 90 seconds. To manage outdoor grime, the device employs a triple-nozzle pressurized spray system, wetting surfaces to loosen debris before the microfiber pad wipes them away.
ECOVACS Debuts WINBOT W2S PRO OMNI Window Cleaning Robot
Following its international reveal at IFA 2026, ECOVACS Robotics has released the WINBOT W2S PRO OMNI, a cordless window-cleaning device designed to automate maintenance for high-reach and exterior glass. The unit introduces updated path-planning and edge-scrubbing technology to replace manual cleaning methods for both residential and commercial surfaces.

Central to the system is the OMNI Station, a portable base that serves as a charging hub, water reservoir, and storage unit. A 5200mAh battery allows for 110 minutes of operation, enabling use on balconies or areas lacking immediate power access. The robot uses WIN-SLAM 4.0 navigation to detect obstacles like handles and locks, while a 12-tier safety system—including 10,000Pa of suction—maintains the device's grip on glass. If power fails, the unit remains attached for over 30 minutes. The device is currently available at a launch price of $499.99, down from its $599.99 MSRP, through September 14, 2026.
