The inaugural Labor Day Edition relies on data gathered from 529 U.S. adults with household incomes exceeding $75,000. Rather than focusing on general product categories, the list categorizes equipment into four project scenarios: yard care, tailgate preparation, garage resets, and deck restoration. According to Gavin Wu, VEVOR's Brand Director, the initiative aims to streamline the selection process for "Home Creators" by identifying tools that provide clear performance advantages or ease of use for common seasonal chores.
VEVOR Launches Labor Day Project-Based Tool Selection
Forty-eight percent of homeowners planning Labor Day projects are prioritizing lawn and garden work, according to a new survey from home improvement brand VEVOR. In response, the company has debuted its Power Picks collection, a curated list of tools designed to match specific holiday weekend tasks ranging from deck maintenance to garage organization.

For yard maintenance, the company highlights its 63cc backpack leaf blower, priced at $169.90, as a primary tool for fall preparation. The garage category emphasizes organization and maintenance, featuring adjustable storage shelves and a 5-ton electric hydraulic jack. Meanwhile, outdoor social spaces are addressed through a portable car refrigerator and a 22-inch gas griddle. By anchoring product recommendations to specific, high-intent projects, VEVOR seeks to reduce the time consumers spend researching equipment, allowing them to focus on completing their home improvements before the holiday concludes.
