Innovative Renal Care Agrees to $900,000 Data Breach Settlement
A $900,000 settlement fund has been established to resolve a class action lawsuit against American Renal Management, doing business as Innovative Renal Care, following a 2024 data breach that potentially compromised the sensitive personal information of patients and employees between February 21 and March 1 of that year.
To participate, claimants must submit forms by December 21, 2026, either online at IRCSettlement.com or via mail. Those who choose to remain in the class but wish to object to the terms or opt out of the settlement entirely must do so by November 20, 2026. The court has scheduled a final approval hearing for February 1, 2027, to review the settlement terms and associated legal fees.
