The company’s showcase centers on the E12-Pro collaborative robot, a machine featuring a 1.8-meter reach designed to navigate complex welding tasks on irregular workpieces. By integrating AI vision and force control, the unit performs functions ranging from visual positioning to grinding. Alongside this, Huayan is bringing a high-throughput palletizing robot capable of 13 cycles per minute, targeting high-volume logistics and food and beverage operations.

Beyond traditional automation, the manufacturer is highlighting advancements in human-machine interaction. The HY 7 and Echo 5 seven-axis robotic arms feature native ROS 2 support, built specifically for integration into embodied platforms like quadruped or humanoid systems. The company is also presenting a CNC machine tending solution that reportedly boosts loading and unloading speeds by up to 50% through optimized motor control algorithms.

With two decades of experience, Huayan Robotics has established itself as a major exporter in the collaborative space, currently serving clients across 50 countries. The IMTS exhibition, which marks its 99th year, provides the company a stage to connect with industry professionals seeking flexible integration for diverse manufacturing environments.
