Since its launch earlier this year, the podcast has carved out a space by interviewing icons who defined the late-90s and early-2000s, including Whoopi Goldberg, Ja Rule, and Jodie Sweetin. These candid conversations, which often delve into the complexities of residual income and career shifts, have frequently fueled follow-on reporting in outlets like People and Page Six.
Under the new partnership, Acast will manage global distribution, advertising sales, and monetization, while WME will represent McBride across digital media, live programming, and branded content. McBride noted that his goal remains maintaining the intimacy of his interview style, where guests move past public personas to discuss the realities of their creative journeys. Jaclyn Wertheimer, Senior Development Manager at Acast, stated the move is designed to connect the show’s highly engaged audience with a wider range of advertising partners while scaling the production's footprint.
