Airlines and Tech Start-ups Converge at inaugural oneworld Loyalty Summit
In Fort Worth, the oneworld Alliance has launched its inaugural Loyalty Summit, a first-of-its-kind gathering designed to bridge the gap between legacy carriers and emerging tech innovators. By inviting start-ups to pitch directly to industry leaders, the event marks a shift toward integrating loyalty into the broader digital ecosystem.

Ole Orvér, CEO of oneworld, described loyalty as a strategic engine for growth, fueled by new partnerships and advanced technology. The event features a lineup of experts, including representatives from American Airlines, IAG, and Qatar Airways, alongside industry analysts like Brian Kelly of The Points Guy. A core component of the program involves live investment pitches, where six start-ups—including Reclaim Protocol and WeatherPromise—are presenting solutions for fraud management, AI-driven brand identity, and trip assurance to a room of high-level decision makers.
