The company has set a record date of October 1, 2026, for eligible stockholders. Following this date, the bank’s common stock will be removed from the OTCID Basic Market, effectively halting all trading activity. While the current estimate provides a specific range, management cautioned that final figures remain subject to change based on corporate tax liabilities, actual cash reserves, and ongoing liquidation expenses.
Heritage NOLA Bancorp Sets Dissolution Payout at $21.30 to $21.40
Shareholders of Covington-based Heritage NOLA Bancorp are expected to receive between $21.30 and $21.40 per share as the company moves forward with its formal dissolution. This cash distribution, tied to the firm's financial standing as of August 31, targets a payout date on or about October 15, 2026.
Equiniti Trust Company, LLC will manage the distribution process as the appointed paying agent. Investors holding shares in book-entry form through Equiniti will be issued checks, while those holding through brokers will receive funds directly into their accounts. Once the distribution is processed, the underlying shares will be cancelled. The broader wind-up process is expected to continue for up to two years, after which any remaining nominal funds will be donated to charitable organizations.
