The acquisition brings approximately 2,100 players under the Nomadar umbrella, integrating the organization's youth training, camps, and international development programs into a broader global sports infrastructure. Co-founders Christian Fuchs, a former Premier League champion with Leicester City FC, and Raluca Gold-Fuchs will remain as active partners to guide the academy’s long-term strategy and preserve its established methodology.
Nomadar Expands Global Football Footprint with Fox Soccer Academy Buyout
Nomadar Corp. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Fox Soccer Academy, a move designed to bridge elite English coaching standards with the company’s existing Spanish football development platform. The deal aims to scale the academy’s reach across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Austria.
For Nomadar, the move solidifies a trans-Atlantic pipeline. The company already maintains a professional anchor through its relationship with Cádiz Club de Fútbol in Spain. By combining the Premier League-inspired curriculum of the academy with the high-performance training models used in LaLiga, Nomadar intends to create a differentiated pathway for youth players seeking professional opportunities. The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks following the completion of final corporate and structural requirements.
