WISDOM to Host Lehigh Valley Women in STEM Networking Event
College students across the Lehigh Valley will gather at Lehigh University’s Iacocca Conference Center on October 8 to bridge the gap between academic research and industry practice. The third annual WISDOM networking event focuses on the evolving role of artificial intelligence in professional scientific careers.
The program runs from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., featuring a keynote address by engineer and executive coach Dr. Petra Frese. The nonprofit organization, which relies on partnerships with companies including B. Braun Medical, iTEC, and JULABO USA, aims to build the professional confidence necessary for women navigating the transition from classroom to corporate environments. Registration for the event closes on September 18, 2026.
