Fridley Inventor Targets Truck Blind Spots With New Safety Light
Fridley, Minnesota-based inventor and commercial driver has developed a new proximity lighting system, dubbed the Commercial Truck Safety Light, designed to illuminate the immediate zone ahead of heavy vehicles and provide drivers with a clearer view of the road two car lengths in front of their bumper.
InventHelp, which is managing the commercialization process, currently holds the prototype and technical documentation for the device. The firm is offering the technology for licensing or direct sale to industry manufacturers and marketers.
