The partnership grants Embarq Health access to an API-ready network that manages provider connections, clinical documentation, and both asynchronous and scheduled virtual visits. By adopting this infrastructure, Embarq aims to focus on brand engagement and customer acquisition rather than the complexities of building internal medical systems from the ground up.
Embarq Health Adopts Cirventis Infrastructure for Virtual Care
Embarq Health is shifting its digital care operations to the Cirventis platform, integrating a white-label clinical infrastructure to streamline patient intake and telehealth workflows. The move allows the digital clinic to scale its primary and urgent care services by outsourcing the technical and clinical heavy lifting to a third-party provider.

Edward Johnson, CEO of Embarq Health, stated that the collaboration provides a scalable foundation that grows alongside their member base. Cirventis President and CMO Brian LePorin noted that the platform is designed to keep the client’s brand at the forefront, effectively acting as a medical office in the cloud that orchestrates visits between licensed practitioners and patients. This integration supports the broader trend of digital health brands leveraging specialized, back-end clinical engines to accelerate patient access to care.
