Evan Nedwick Named 2027 National Staffing Employee of the Year All-Star

Nedwick’s journey began in 2015 when he transitioned from dealership work to a role with Advantage Technical, a Staffmark Group company. His early efforts supported Ford’s Interior/Exterior Prior Approval team, bridging the gap between technical expertise and corporate engineering operations. This partnership proved resilient during a 2021 restructuring when the agency successfully pivoted his career toward Ford’s mobile service operations.

Stacey Lane, CEO of Staffmark Group, highlighted this longevity as the definition of a successful staffing partnership. Rather than a singular placement, the firm facilitated a decade of skill acquisition and professional evolution. Nedwick’s supervisors characterize his work as proactive and deeply detail-oriented, noting his capacity to manage complex operational problems independently.

The American Staffing Association’s annual program identifies high-performing contract workers across the United States, a sector that encompassed 9.5 million temporary employees in 2025. Nedwick will be formally recognized for his achievements during the Staffing World convention, scheduled for October 12–14 in Denver.
