Easton Brown joins the executive team as Chief Operating Officer, drawing on more than ten years of experience within the disability and mental health sectors. His previous work centered on community-based residential services and systems optimization. Brown plans to refine the company's operational framework, aiming to balance organizational expansion with the organization's core commitment to person-centered care.
