The rebranding marks a departure from independent operations for the two companies, which spent over 15 years developing their respective experimentation and personalization tools. Now operating as a single entity, Wingify commands over $100 million in annual revenue and serves 4,000 customers globally, including brands like LVMH, L'Oréal, and Puma. The new platform integrates behavioral insights, commerce optimization, and feature management under one workflow.
VWO and AB Tasty Rebrand as Wingify, Launching AI-Driven Optimization
Following their merger earlier this year, VWO and AB Tasty have unveiled a unified global brand, Wingify. The company is consolidating its operations into a single Agentic Experience Optimization Platform, powered by an embedded AI engine called Wingz, designed to automate digital decision-making and real-time user engagement.
Central to this shift is the Relevance Loop, a system that processes visitor data—ranging from intent to emotional signals—to execute real-time changes on digital touchpoints. According to Chief Product & Technology Officer Ankit Jain, the platform’s AI, Wingz, is built to function as an active participant rather than a passive assistant. By executing changes and immediately measuring outcomes against business goals, the system aims to eliminate the latency often caused by manual data handoffs between disconnected marketing tools. CRO Alix de Sagazan noted that this consolidation is intended to prevent the efficiency losses inherent in rebuilding insights across different software environments.
