Orvana Minerals Hits Copper Production Milestone at Don Mario
Empresa Minera Paitití S.A., a Bolivian subsidiary of Orvana Minerals Corp., has successfully produced its first copper cathodes from the Oxides Stockpile Project at the Don Mario site. This achievement follows the recent recovery of gold-silver doré, signaling that both of the plant’s primary metal recovery circuits are now operational.
Management has opted to withdraw its fiscal 2026 production guidance for the Bolivian operation, citing the need for further operational stabilization. While the plant has validated its technical capacity to produce finished metal, the current priority remains disciplined cost control and increasing operational consistency. Orvana plans to provide a more detailed update on its progress in mid-October 2026.
