A newly mapped 10-kilometer tectonic break now serves as the primary exploration target for Blast Resources at its Wales Lake project in Saskatchewan. Located within the uranium-rich Patterson Lake Corridor, the structural feature coincides with magnetic low anomalies, suggesting potential pathways for mineralizing fluids.

The geological feature extends northwest to southeast across the company's Wales Lake, Brazier South, and Britts Lake claims. According to the company, this structure may represent a critical plumbing system, offering the low-pressure zones necessary for uranium precipitation. By aligning with electromagnetic conductors identified in previous surveys, the break mirrors the structural profile of high-grade deposits like Triple R and Arrow.

Casey Forward, CEO of Blast Resources, noted that the feature provides a significant opportunity for the company to advance its exploration efforts in the coming months. While the break is not visible at the surface, data from a 2024 magnetic survey indicates it sits within bedrock, potentially acting as a host for graphitic faults that trap mineralizing fluids. Andy Yackulic, a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, verified the technical findings, setting the stage for targeted geophysical work along the corridor.
